Hi Shelley,
Thanks for the help. I am curious, is this something that I am going to be doing from now on or is this something I have to do just to get my system back in proper working order? And if it's just to get my balance and colon right, how long does that usually take? I know everyones system is different but I thought I would ask to see if I should see some type of improvement. Are the 8 Liver Flushes usually every 2 weeks? What do you think of the chinese bitters and Fem-mate recommended by sensiblehealth.com? Are there other remedys available that work just as well or better? I am unfamiliar with the different medicinal options and feel quite overwhelmed! LOL Thanks for all of your help.
