I usually do regular enemas, with a t. of Sea Salt , sometimes liquid chlorophyll (about 1/2 c.) I've done a few retention enemas, once with ACV, and the other two times with a probiotic powder. I seem to get foam out with those, and find them a little difficult to retain.

I've never added chlorella...i do take chlorella in capsules though and I can tell it pulls stuff with it on the way out. I'll have to try it in an enema, thanks. Do you open capsules or do you have a liquid form?

I like adding the chlorophyll, its refreshing (esp if you mistakenly buy the one with the mint added, lol) but watch out, that stuff stains!
