The tip makes all the difference in the world. Get the long flexible clear plastic one and you will be SINGING!

Most of the smell is the candida - that rotting, bad smell.

You are certainly right about antifungals. If your bowel is full of gunk, a fat lot of good they are going to do.

BTW I'm using chlorella in my enemas - 4 teaspoons in 2 quarts of water. I find it takes out a lot more gunk than just plain enemas. I also tried Molkosan (lactofermented whey) in a retention enema - unfortunately I couldn't hold it for more than a minute or so, but the candida seemed to *hate* it. Do you have any recipes/experiences?

What kind of enemas do you do mostly - retention or regular?
