Smooth move has some strong laxatives in it, you shouldn't take it for more than two weeks or you might weaken the colon. :( It is important to go every day - after all, you eat every day, right? :) - so please read the Bowel Management notes on how to induce BM's without laxatives.

Not much you can do for the teeth impressions except take digestive enzymes with your main meals. That will help ensure proper digestion. Plus follow all the guidelines in the Power of Digestion on how to eat, what to take to increase gastric juices. as long as the stomach does its job properly, the rest will follow. If it does not, the rest will fail proportionately.
