Hiya,

I'm no expert but my personal take is to follow what seems most natural. I think God is ultimately wise, so the more a philosophy follows what is natural, the more that resonates to me as being truth. Therefore I say yes to garlic/onions/raw pepper, even cayenne and no to ketchup! Just my perspective - hope it helps.
