All of that makes sense - to use less water for a retention enema. Also cleaning with vinegar - wonder what Shelley thinks of this?

I can't do a coffee as I'm adrenally exhausted, so probably not a good idea.

But the probiotic sounds interesting. I was speaking to my colonisist the other day, who said he had had negative experiences trying to implant flora this way. How about you - did you have good results with probiotic enemas?
