ONe more thing, when I wake up all tired and grumpy like this, I'm always puffy underneath my left eye, only my LEFT one. Weird....do you know what that means??

So I know how to Colon Cleanse and liver flush, what other systems do I need to deal with? What other cleanses do I need to do?? You know, I'm moving to the LA area in 2 weeks, maybe I should wait till I'm there and see a holistic practitioner and work with her/him. I'd also like to start doing colonics regularly to really get "clean"...I've done 1 before, but I know I need to do several for them to really work. I know you live south of there, but do you know of anyone (colonic therapist and/or holistic practitioner) who you would highly recommend??
