I don't understand...I did an intestinal cleanse, and then a Liver Flush like 2 months ago...and I went on vacation and ate lots of "bad" stuff, and since vacation, I've eaten some good stuff and again, more "bad" stuff....and now, I feel yucky again, waking up tired after 11 hours of sleep. Can this happen so fast?? I also have seasonal allergies...could it be that?? But I wake up tired and grumpy.....Could all of that cleansing be void now???
