ok, so 6 weeks all together then....so I have 2 bottles. IT says to take 1-4 capsules before each meal every four hours for ten days and then off for four days. But you're saying 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is better. According to my trusty calculator, that would mean 6 or 7 pills per day (2 or 3 with each meal). Does that sound right to you?
I will pay attention to my bm's but I won't be digging around in them or anything. :)
