You can have clear skin! Of course, if you don't want to cleanse there isn't much I can do for you. At the very least you have to eat right for your digestion, which you can read all about in the FAQ&A link on this page. "The Power of Digestion" notes don't require you to do anythign special really, and that will go a great way towards getting rid of the bloating etc. Read the Acne notes too. :)

Most vitamins are crap, if you're taking a one a day type vitamin stop.

Do you have a juicer? can you do at least that much?

keep reading up on this, your options, you'll see that lots of us have overcome Acne - but we had to cleanse! at least bowel and liver at the very least!
