i twitch like in my legs every now and then...when sleeping or awake. is it a mag defciency?
also- i plan on doing a Liver Flush next weekend. i have been taking chinese bitters. i haven't ordered the coptis...is it necessary to take this to have a good flush? i have done two so far with good results- the first none of these products and the second with them. should i wait to flush until after getting coptis?
