So this discomfort started because of all the flax? And now it is continuing because of the Dr. Schulze cleanse?

I just feel like I need to pass about 50 pounds of rubber plaque. Somethings definitely going on in there!

So this is a good thing, right?

I just feel like the before photo in the Drano commercial. I am trying to hard to get to the after photo!

By the way, I finally figured out my tolerence for the cleansing drink. I add extra maple syrup. It doesn't bother me a bit now and I am drinking 100% of it to obtain all the great benefits. Hopefully that is helping as well.
