SHOULD WE SOAK THE ORGANIC DRIED FRUIT FOR A COUPLE HOURS , PLUS HOW CAN ONE BE SURE TO KNOW WHAT BRANDS HEAT TO WHAT DEGREE. An example newmans own organics / or whole foods .
