I went to the dermatologist for about 3, 4 months a year ago. Some gave me side effects, like the tetracycline gave me tightness of chest. And another kind of cycline gave me back pain which I figure was the kidneys. All this medications and creams and no change on my skin problem so I stop going to the dermatologist.
Months after I came across a web with Acne people talking about diferent solutions. I tried the B-5 on low dosis going up to 10grs for about 3 weeks and then reduce it to a gr. which is where I am now. Last week I tried the sulfur cream and MSM for 10 days. it really helped. A doctor friend of mine told me to do it for 10 days and then stop and see. I stop 2 days ago and I also stop the B-5.
