This is very great and useful information. 2" on a bm width? Mine used to be that way when I was doing the P&B. Now that I am on flax only, they are half that size. I assume that is okay. Also, with the P&B my stools looked like pine cones. With the flax, they look like soft serve ice cream. I assume this is normal as wel..

I am doing Dr. Schulze 's Intestional Formula #2 - his version of the P&B bowel cleanse. This should take until Friday for me to finish up. Is it okay to take the cleansing drinks while on this cleanse?
