It has only been since early this week, but so far it has stayed practically flat. She was always so upset to see all kinds of women who had c-sections with totally flat bellies. While she doesn't have the need to wear belly exposing shirts or jeans, she at least didn't want to always look pregnant either.

I purchased the castor oil supplies from The Heritage Store online. They have a whole section on castor oil pack supplies. They use Edgar Cayce 's recipes.
