Thanks everybody for your replies and encouragement:)
I will just let you know right now, that I don't have a thrilling
story to relate-no football size Gallstones were ejected, nor was the
toilet overflowing with heaps of stones)
It wasn't a horrible experience, even the Epsom Salts weren't as
bad as I was expecting them to be although I did come to dread the
last dose.
Did it all as prescribed by Hulda Clark , minus the Black-Walnut
Tincture. I had no pain (except the usual pain I've had in my Left
side for over a month) It was a little uncomfortable physically, the
diarrhea and the race to the bathroom. I took 4 ornithine but that
let me sleep only about till 2 I think.
When I cut up the grapefruit to squeeze, it was so difficult not to
give in to a strong craving i had to devour them. I have fasted
before but I wasnt really in the mood so i was a little hungry and
thinking about things i wanted to eat, counting down the hours.
The only thing I did wrong, by accident, is I took the morning 3rd
dose
at 5am when it says not to take it before 6am. I misread my clock or
subconciously wanted to get the whole thing done with (so I could
have grapefruit juice i was drooling for). To compromise I took the
last dose at 7:30am.
To clarify what was the most uncomfortable about the whole thing it
was
having to rush to the bathroom when I was very tired and half asleep
and going every 15 minutes more or less. I felt no nausea, no
burping, no pain, no feeling of marbles moving.
And so, the answer to the big question what did I yield, so far?
(It's now almost 5pm)
Well, using a screen over a colander, I have found only about a
rounded tablespoon of chaff. It isnt what i would call chaff though,
it's more like large white crumbs, something a little bigger than
sand, some a tiny bit bigger than others.
There was also what appeared to be a few pieces of apple skin,
flaxseed, sunflower seeds, oatmeal(the toast i ate) and other black
things, that reminded me of black beetle's shells, only they werent
hard. There was also 3 beebee size, clay-green(not what I would
call "pea-green") chunks that broke up
like clay, as did the white chaff. I dont know what exactly sludge
is, I poured water over everything and was left with the described
remains.
This morning I was tired but after I got up and moving around 8am, I
guess, I have been Fine, not tired. Would have gone for a walk and
done some errands if I wasn't afraid of unexpected urges to visit the
bathroom.
My appetite isn't as great as during the whole thing, just like when
I break a fast- by the time I can actually eat something my
enthusiasm somehow disappears.
So I'm glad I did it, I was very curious. I figure I am probably
healthier for it. I will probably do it again, but I don't know
when, I wish it didn't last so long. I wonder if the next flush
would yield something more. Well, I apologize for my inability to be
clear in the events, but I related them the best I could. Knowing
you all were out there and with the replies and all, I was able to
relax a lot more. I don't know if I would have taken the risk
without the back up support here.
I thank you All from the Heart, Trees
