I have tried pumpkin oil and probably most all the other oils, because my skin has been sooo dry for such a long time. None ever had any effect on my skin until I started eating them with my protein. Oh forgot to mention that I also added an egg to my protein meal because I wanted to be sure I was getting a lot of sulfur protein which budwig says is key.
