I would try the milk yourself first, see if you have any adverse reaction, then you could try to culture it to be sure. Use a shallow dish, put potatoe juice, gelatin and Sugar in the mix. Take a q-tip, and place very small dot of milk in the middle of the little dish. {The gelatin should be "set"} Leave the dish covered for a few days in warm dark area. If you see a "plaque" like build-up in little globules it should be yeast. This would not be too unusual, but the bacteria from the milk should arrive first. Google pictures of yeast cultures to compare. This may not be the best diagnostic tool, but if it does get over-run by yeast, then I would be cautious.
Obviously human breast milk contains the best probiotics you can get, so I would keep that in mind. Shroom
