i use your basic wheat berries, the same ones used to grow wheatgrass. have you tried other grains? which one do you like the best?

yes, rejuvelac certainly helps my bowels operate much better. the problem is that i don't do it consistently enough. i only do it in sporadically, but i want to get more consistent about it.
