Oh no! I can definately not stop taking my vits. I would be in big trouble. I am so deficient it isn't even funny. I think I might try some enteric coated peppermint. I mean , can't hurt. I know I will belch it up all, day though, but there are worse things that could happen, lol.

I am not sure about the digestive enzymes. I believe in there ability, but I tried taking awhile back and everytime I take one it makes my stomach burn. For the rest of the day my stomach is not right. I have a really heavy feeling like it is filling up with acid. I have always had stomach issues. I used to take tons of zantac. For many years. I finally weaned myself off that. I read articles that state that actually taking antacid will cause a rebound effect where your stomach produces more and more acid so you need to take more and more. I don't really feel like enzymes are my issue entirely since my body does not respond well to it. I recently read where there are more issues with the level of acidity in your stomach acid than the amount of acid itself. This may be my issue. If the body is full of mucoid plaque and absorbs its own toxins into the bloodstream but not the alkaline minerals the bile that the liver releases can become more and more acidic, way more acidic than it needs to be to break down food. This level of acidity can cause more mucoid plaque as the body builds up a barrier of safety. So my line of attack has been to rid myself of mucoid plaque. Still trying to find info on how, long that might take. I hear stories of people passing stuff after a few days. I am into the cleanse for 3 months now and have seen some but not too much. So that is where it lies with me.
