I'm not sure if this is much help, but after going on a raw produce diet for a month, the yeast infection I had for over 5 years finally went away. I was thrilled :D but then I started to slip into bad health again (not as bad as pre-yeast though), and it returned. To be more specific, I started to overindulge in sweets (honey, dry fruit), and alcohol. I assume that the yeast in the alcohol is what made the yeast infection return. However I spotted the problem right away and was able to control it again. I've never done an official Candida cleanse, but the way I eat right now sure helps control the symptoms I've had from Candida for most of my life. Hope this helped!
