I am using a kit made by Innovite that suggests using 1 tsp of psyllium husk and seeds, 2 tsp liquid Caprylic Acid (I actually use one Tbl), and 1 tbsp liquid bentonite. I shake these up into a mixture and drink it quickly on an empty stomach. I take oil of oregano in capsules three times a day. That is the protocol the company suggests, and it seems to be working.
