Hi everybody,

Hope you are all still fighting the good fight, and winning!

Just wanted to see what you all thought of colonics. Has anyone tried it? I have found a place nearby that does it, (though its expensive at £65 a session). They claim it has an effect on reducing candida in the gut.

I wondered, if I take P&B shakes, and have colonics, would that be as good as doing enemas? How often would I need to go? Are they any good? Obviously, at that price I couldn't go daily, but I'm not too keen on the enemas. Its not that I don't like doing them, I just never seem to find the time,a d I never feel as if they are doing me much good. Any thoughts, anyone?

Also, I have been using aloe very, garlic, and caprylic acid tablets as antifunals. I have heard that oregano oil is the absolute best. When I checked it out, it is very expensive, like £20 for a tiny bottle. Any one used it? If so, how much do you take daily? Would it be ok with P&B shakes?

Any ideas would be a great help.
