I did a 21 day Master-Cleanse and eating raw naturally evolved out of that. I had quit smoking and drinking but felt I needed to do more so I did the fast. I'm exploring Candids because I still feel achy and heavy although I am slim. I had two yeast infections two years ago and urinary tract infection last year. Mostly I am concerned about my lack of energy and strength which I have not felt for a few years. I did the glass test and if that is true then I would say I have a mild case of Candida.
So...I'm just not sure what to do for my weakness... I'm 36 F and feel that something is off - groggy is not normal is it?
