Thank you for the details. I take my urine pH most of the day and have noticed that my first urine is very acidic (as it should be I have read) this would mean that I would be drinking most acidic toxins of the day. Hmm, this would be hard for me mentally to do, not the drinking urine part but drinking the most acid urine of the day. Any thoughts?
