Hmmm... this is interesting. According to what I have read in many resources, nystatin is different from other antifungals because it is NOT digested, NOT absorbed into the bloodstream, and passes through the body unchanged, just killing candida along the way. That includes and is PRIMARILY in the intestines.

Jhan, what are your sources, please? I want to look into this more.
