thank you so much for easing my fear about the minerals, Im just starting to regain them after refusing to use supplements for years. Are you doing one or two times per day with the shakes. Also do you have any more tips-like when is the best time to supplement probiotics, best time for enema etc. How far away from meals do you take the shake.
(should I go back and read all of your old posts?)
Also curious but have you tried getting a colonic lately to see if you might release more plaque? Also the okra-pepsin product comes to mind ...
