That is really what is important. I'm not inclined to stop HCl. I've got to get my IC under control, but that doesn't mean that the HCl is what has irritated it. I'm taking way too many supps to say that the HCl is the cause. I'm just going to add more cal/mag, and hope for the best. My sinuses are improving so much, I have to see where this goes first.

Congrats on the improvements, especially the sleep, I know how much you need it.
