Interesting about the MSM. I have only just started being able to take half a tablet of MSM daily. However, I have had to drop it again starting yesterday as my IC has begun to flair. I have to admit, I have been drinking tea again. So I've cut that out too. But I do wonder if my HCl and MSM are in some way conflicting.
