Ever so slight (barely perceptable) burning after taking 4 650's at lunch. I have not decided whether I will up to 5 tomorrow or not. Prob. will see hwo dinner goes.

In other news, I'm seeing candida threads in my pee! :) They look like what your spit looks like when doing the candida spit test.
