Yes perhaps the diarrhea is die off, I get that from a lot of antifungals but I always end up stopping whatever causes diarrhea, havent been able to push past that mentally because of my nutritional issues and weight loss. Im going to try the tablets tomorrow. I also tried the capsules inbetween meals (heard that this can be a good way to kill bad bacteria and fungus) and it caused diarrhea too, maybe it is die off.

Oh and an update on the hydrogen test-my doc okayed it but my lab doesnt do it. They said its on the fringe of being accepted as legit, its still a bit "alternative" is how they put it. Oh well, I think Smokies offers a similar test.
