Hi Jake,

Yeah, that is not much HCL at 100mg. I take a minimum of 650 per meal (doc recommended) and I do believ it does help. In fact, after I had gotten rid of candida, and went off the HCL, and then a year later candida returned, I actually got some die off by re-introducing the HCL.
