But if you have severe candida overgrowth, they can test for this. If people really believe they have worms in them, I'm sure a simple GI tract evaluation can see these things. My doc said while they do kill good bacteria, it's negligble. I don't think having Acne means you have candida or compromised flora or whatever, to be honest. I think it's very detrimental to be saying these things to people who want real answers.
