I am doing all of what you mentioned. I have gotten alot better. My focus has been to go after the candida which I think is the underlying root to it all. I have passed huge clump of candida for months now and it seems to be my entire intestine must be coated with candida preventing absorbtion of everyhing. I can eat fat most of the time. But a little toomuch gives me a problem. I think being in the candida diet long term has eliminated alot of unhealthy foods and all the fat in my diet.
