Boy, this is a tough one BECAUSE I am not a medical expert.

That said ... If I had your EXACT symptoms I would assume I had nutritional deficiencies across the board and "maybe" candida overgrowth as well. But me - I'd go after the nutrition and digestive stuff first and get that under some control. Here's what I'd do:

Take a really good digestive enzyme that includes some betaine (for improved stomach acid) and a good probiotic.

Get bile salts, krill oil (1 tab), and fish oil (1 tab). Take the three together WITH food ... and early in the day. A good food to take these with would be toast and REAL butter. You've got to try some real fats (the oils and butter) and see just how big a problem they are for you. Eat some walnuts too. If none of this agrees with you, you definately have a fat absorption problem and it's probably doing a number on your fat-soluble vitamins as well.

Take a superfood INSTEAD of vitamins - vitamins are absorbed better with other foodstuff around ... and eat something light along with the superfood supps. Do you like cherry tomatoes (eat 6)? Buy some coconut oil and dip half a cherry tomato in the coconut oil along with your superfood.

Take an ionic trace mineral ... increase the amount to max as soon as you can. Also, get some celtic Sea Salt - it's loaded with minerals ... take a little pinch and let it melt in your mouth - then drink some water. Do this 5-6 times a day.

Take magnesium (make sure you're getting enough calcium as well). Take it before bed - it helps you sleep (magnesium citrate is absorbed best).

Candida could well be doing this ... but so could lack of fat absorption. Candida won't bother with fat directly - it wants Sugar mostly ... but it's like "tar" on a drain pipe and will colonize on the intestinal wall blocking absorption.

This is ONLY what I would do with your symptoms - please understand that.
