Sharon

That is very interesting. I have a hunch some of my trouble might be fat related. First off, my gallbladder is not great. My father had his removed and I was told it is passed down to daughters. Both myself and my sister have issues. If I eat too much fat I feel sick, very sick. It just lays in my stomach and I can feel this way for days. I have since learned to eat very little fat or grease. As a matter of fact there are times when my fish oil and flaxseed olive oil bother my stomach. I just seem to not to be able to digest it. But only sometimes. In any case one of my worst symptoms with this candida has been an inability to get hydrated or stay hydrated. I drink enough water but at one point my disorientation was so bad I had to literally drink gallons of water a day to feel as if I was not going to die. But the water went right thru me. One night during a terrible attack I was drinking and drinking and would feel better momentarily and then sick again. Then I took some vitamins and it immediately stopped. Since then I have concluded I am seriously deficient in minerals from all this candida. And I take lots of vits ( fat soluable). IN any case I am feeling lots better but I feel as though it could go either way. And after being in the yard for a whoe week working in the heat and sweating, I felt terribly ill again. For some reason I feel I do not absorb and do not retain minerals and water. After asking my Dr about this she said that I needed fats. Fats hold water in the cell. Oddly after having a cholesteral test and finding out that mine is actually a good bit below normal. I have no cholesteral or barely any. That cannot be good. So I started to conclude that I am low on fat , minerals and salts. But why? How did this happen? Is it all just candida causing deficiences? I am sure that played a large part. Maybe from not eating much fat for many years and then not absorbing the fat and minerals I was eating may be the culprit. I have tried digestive enzymes too and they seem give me heartburn. I tried the plant enzymes Lipase, amylase, protease and so on. I could not figure out why these give me heartburn. I tried them a few times. Unless it is that I take the capsule form. Maybe I need a time release tablet or something. I have always had trouble , lots of trouble with acid, heartburn & reflux.

Would love your opinion on this matter.

Thanks
Michelle
