Good post. I have researched this to death and followed it religiously for almost 6 months. Although I did have less bloating it didnt do much in the 6 months I followed it. I had an entire chart that even broke it down further than just Protein and Carbs. I even research why this happens.. Cellulase, Amalayse, protease, enzyme production and comparing to food... etc. etc..
