I ate a lot of soy through the years as well. I haven't touched it since reading that article about a year ago.

I'm not familar with edamame. It may not go through the same ammount of processing as the standard Genetically-Modified-Organisms soy bean consummed by most americans.

You could always send Dr. O'Shea and email and ask him if there are ANY soy products that are safe. I've heard Miso and Tamari are ok but I'm not sure why.
