I have been lurking for about 3 weeks and am a candida sufferer/victim/whatever! I am just learning so please be patient with me. I love cocoanut and would love to drink it, cook with it, etc. However, I have high cholesterol and take Crestor and I read that cocoanut is high in saturated fat. My arteries will be clogged soon enough. What do you all think?
