Hi,
I really have seen some great results with Tea tree oil soap and Herpanacine.I mean some really bad breakouts with acne.

Is your diet pretty low in carbs? I don;t mean Atkins low,but are you eating low Glycemic fruits and veggies along with your protein. Fats and proteins stabilize blood Sugar and do not cause the ups and downs that you describe.

You could be sensitive to carbs and may have SyndromeX.(insulin resistant) Unfortunately,I was just recently diagnosed with that. A huge part of the population has this afflicition and are not even aware of it.

I would take fish oils first of all.

You can look at Alpha Lipoic Acid. I've seen people replace their Glucophage with this compound. It is also a potent antioxidant.

My mother had diabetes(she has since past) but I know you told me you are not a diabetic, but Solaray's Glucoreg has just about everyhting you need to help control blood sugar. Chromium,Vanadyl,Bitter Melon,Gymnema and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

But first look at your diet, clean it up.See how foods are affecting your mood and energy. Cut back on the sticky, starchy carbs, but don't ignore fat. People who drop their carbs and their fats, run into some trouble. Your body will convert the amino acids from the protein into sugar.

So something like this

chicken, with green beans and a small salad
Fish with asparagus and a peach
Steak with brocolli and a bowl of berries

You can get meore creative, but you get my point..

Hope this helps alittle.
