I guess my first question was if Kombucha helps rid people of candida overgrowth.
My second question is if Kombucha can heal the intestinal lining. I read somewhere that it does this, but I don't remember where I read it.
I went in for intestinal pain right around the time that I was drinking large quantities of Kombucha tea. I was eliminating a lot of yeast. I had inflammation in a section of my intestine and they wanted me to come back in for testing. I decided against it because I knew that nothing was wrong with me, it just the the Kombucha was healing, or rather helping my body heal, my intestinal lining. If your body has inflammation it can be a sign of healing. Things usually get worse before they get better. It was a very short period of time for me and then I felt better.
