The Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Concentrate seems to be working on my throat. It is very hard to tell though because die-off symptoms are so much like flare up. Right now my throat burns and is very sore. I get this same effect with grapefruit seed extract so I think it is die-off. I could switch to pure coconut oil, but that stuff is very hard for me to get down. I almost throw up. I wish that there was someway to tell if I was actually killing the yeast in my throat for sure.
Coconut cream concentrate certainly does taste like candy though. It is about 70% pure coconut oil, so I think that the capryllic acid might couteract the effects of the sugar. I don't know, so any speculation is encouraged. One teaspoon has about 1 gram of sugar, 31 calories total, and 20 fat calories. So, it looks like it is about 1/3 sugar. I don't know what kind of Sugar or the effect the Sugar would have on the candida. I might have to go back to just plain coconut oil :(
Coconut milk should be very good for candida, as long as they are fresh coconuts.
