So I plan to start taking molybdenum and caprylic acid...If I do have a mild case of candida, then those alone (in addition to what I'm already doing) should be enough to restore the floral balance in my body?

What's the deal with all of those commercially available remedies for candida? Are thost only for the really severe cases? Some of the posts I've read on this forum suggest that many of them are not worth the effort.
