Hi,
Have you tried Nizoral anti-fungal shampoo? It is now OTC at Walgreens and other drug stores. It has also been shown to slow and reverse hair loss.

Use it daily,leave it on for 5 minutes then rinse.

Every 3rd day,use a selenium based shampoo(Walgreens has that as well) to keep the scalp form drying out.

Tea tree shampoo is good as well and for overall health of the hair,I would use rosemary shampoo or use Rosemary essential oil drops added to your shampoos.

Nizoral is ketocanazonol,it is a drug but sometimes we need some fierce intervention.
