I got rid of that yeast easily by using the Selsun (selenium sulfide) cream, but I think in the US you need a prescription.

I would never recommend the elimination of short-chains fatty acids, especially since they are often related to antifungal fatty acids.

The real key with that yeast is that it feeds of dead skin cells.
