I believe my liver has been full of toxins too. I started eating a grapefruit
every morning (which is supposed to be a good liver detox) and today I started
having a small amount of beet juice. My bowels are moving better and my stomach
is actually starting to growl again...which hasnt happened in the last
3 years! Its nice to feel hungry again!
