I had been following the Candida Diet for about a month and then started L-Glutamine and about 3 weeks after that I started Probiotics. My doctor had not stated to start them in that particular order but by the time I received my products it just work out that way and it seems to have been/be working good for me.

I know there is alot of conflicting information and it is something hards to get your head sorted on everything. I think the important thing is not to stop yourself from helping yourself because of conflicting info. Find out what works for you. It does get easier!
