Jan, i have Seborrheic Dermatitis in my face.. i've been reading that it is caused by yeast (candida).. my flare ups do get worse when i eat Sugar or flour so it must be true.. what confuses me is when i use apple cider vinegar (acv) on my face wheneve i have flare ups, it's very, very effective but the smell is very awful.. but when i choose just to drink it, you know to kill it from with in, it's not effective at all.. do you know why?

i'm currently on p and b and c shakes.. i just started yesterday..
