which is more effective for candida?
1. drowning yourself with probiotics. vsl#3 claims it has 450 billion good bacterias.
2. drinking anti bacterial, like Colloidal Silver , then taking probiotics after.
but how long should i take Colloidal Silver before i start taking probiotics.
